While Windows 10's Edge browser still lacks some features, it does have a handy reading mode that reduces a web page to a single column of text, making it much easier to read.
Edge downloads files to the, well, folder for Downloads, oddly enough, but you may want to change that. If so, that's quite possible, but there's no easy option, and you've got to use a workaround instead.
