While Windows 10's Edge browser still lacks some features, it does have a handy reading mode that reduces a web page to a single column of text, making it much easier to read.
Edge downloads files to the, well, folder for Downloads, oddly enough, but you may want to change that. If so, that's quite possible, but there's no easy option, and you've got to use a workaround instead.
In particular, one thing to note is that running Edge on a touchscreen laptop or tablet produces the best outcomes, as it was optimized by Microsoft to support touch or pen input. In a way that other search engines will not really allow you to do, websites can be doodled on, shared and generally messed around.
